Jackson/Jackson Hole, Wyoming
May 2006

The town of Jackson, Wyoming is at the southern entrance to the Grand Tetons.  I really should have taken many more pictures of the town and a museum.  But I was too wrapped up in walking around.  It definitely had a lot of atmosphere.

When Elk shed their antlers each year, locals go out and collect them.  They have a fund raising auction for the Boy Scouts.  They have also made these arched gates around the town square.  There are metal supports largely hidden inside the antlers.
